This chestnut kinton is made with plenty of carefully selected Kuma chestnuts from Kumamoto Prefecture.
Each piece is handcrafted by craftsmen with all their heart.
At our store, we purchase domestic chestnuts from a variety of production areas.
Among them, we chose Kuma chestnuts because we believe that Kuma chestnuts, which have a strong richness and flavor, are the most suitable for making Kurikinton, which allows you to enjoy the natural flavor of chestnuts.

A unique creation based on the concept of "enjoying with all five senses" unique to "Kuririn".
To preserve the flavor and texture of chestnuts, we sprinkled a generous amount of 1mm marron paste, which has a delicate and smooth texture, on top of coarsely ground chestnut kinton.
We pay particular attention to its delicate appearance, and when you put it in your mouth, the aroma of chestnuts spreads through your mouth.
